Zoom Netiquette
Please make sure to follow these guidelines when participating in our online conference
- If you’re not presenting, please keep your microphone muted in order to avoid background noise. Each session includes a collective discussion after all speakers have presented. Please unmute your microphone only for asking questions, when the mediator gives you the floor.
- If you have a question or a comment, you can either (1) write the question in the chat - the moderator will take care of reading it - or (2) write your name in the chat and the moderator will give you the floor for asking your question. The questions will be answered in order of submission.
- We appreciate if you can have your webcam on during the sessions, so we can see each other and interact. However, this is not mandatory. Feel free to deactivate your camera during talks with a presentation. Turning on video for questions and discussion is appreciated but not mandatory.
Please note, some pictures/screenshots will be taken throughout the conference. Please let us know if you don’t want to be portrayed.
